(1) The Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) shall list in the directory of digital health applications the digital health applications reimbursable in statutory health insurance under section 33a subsection (1) of Book V of the Social Code (Fünftes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch).
(1) Das Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte listet in dem Verzeichnis für digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen die nach § 33a Absatz 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung erstattungsfähigen digitalen Gesundheitsanwendungen.
Each digital health application shall receive a unique directory number.
Jede digitale Gesundheitsanwendung erhält eine eineindeutige Verzeichnisnummer.
Inclusion in the directory of digital health applications shall take place exclusively for the indications specified by the manufacturer.
Die Aufnahme in das Verzeichnis für digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen erfolgt ausschließlich für die von dem Hersteller angegebenen Indikationen.
(2) The directory of digital health applications shall contain the manufacturer's details under section 2 subsection (1) sentence 2.

2. the studies submitted under sections 10 to 11a, in the form of summaries of the research design and the results, including a reference to the place of registration and to the place of full publication of the studies on the internet under section 10 subsection (6),
2. den nach den §§ 10 bis 11a vorgelegten Studien in Form von Zusammenfassungen zum Forschungsdesign und zu den Ergebnissen einschließlich eines Verweises auf den Ort der Registrierung sowie auf den Ort der vollumfänglichen Veröffentlichung der Studien nach § 10 Absatz 6 im Internet,
3. the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnostic instruments contained in the digital health application according to the results of the study on diagnostic test accuracy submitted under section 12, where applicable,
3. der Sensitivität und Spezifität der in der digitalen Gesundheitsanwendung enthaltenen diagnostischen Instrumente gemäß den Ergebnissen der nach § 12 vorgelegten Studie zur diagnostischen Testgüte, sofern zutreffend,
4. the prescription periods and the remuneration amounts laid down for the respective prescription periods under section 134 subsection (1) of Book V of the Social Code,
4. den Verordnungszeiträumen und den für die jeweiligen Verordnungszeiträume festgelegten Vergütungsbeträgen nach § 134 Absatz 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch,
5. the additional costs under section 33a subsection (1) sentence 4 of Book V of the Social Code, where applicable,
5. den Mehrkosten nach § 33a Absatz 1 Satz 4 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch, sofern zutreffend,
6. the necessary physicians' services and the services of providers of therapeutic remedies and of midwives under section 139e subsection (3) sentence 2 of Book V of the Social Code, where applicable,
6. den notwendigen ärztlichen Leistungen, den Leistungen der Heilmittelerbringer und Hebammen nach § 139e Absatz 3 Satz 2 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch, sofern zutreffend,
7. the data which can be transmitted from medical aids and implants to the digital health application, where applicable, and
7. den Daten, die aus Hilfsmitteln und Implantaten an die digitale Gesundheitsanwendung übermittelt werden können, sofern zutreffend, und
8. the reasons for the deletion of a digital health application from the directory of digital health applications.
8. den Gründen für eine Streichung einer digitalen Gesundheitsanwendung aus dem Verzeichnis für digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen.
(4) The Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices shall publish the relevant results of the outcome measurement accompanying use under section 139e subsection (13) sentence 1 of Book V of the Social Code once a manufacturer has, for the first time, transmitted data on frequency of use under section 23c from at least 200 users of a digital health application for one calendar quarter.
(4) Das Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte veröffentlicht die maßgeblichen Ergebnisse der anwendungsbegleitenden Erfolgsmessung nach § 139e Absatz 13 Satz 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch, wenn ein Hersteller erstmals Daten zur Nutzungshäufigkeit nach § 23c von mindestens 200 Nutzern einer digitalen Gesundheitsanwendung für ein Kalenderquartal übermittelt hat.
