(1) Positive care effects within the meaning of this Ordinance are either a medical benefit or patient-relevant improvements in structure and processes in healthcare.
(1) Positive Versorgungseffekte im Sinne dieser Verordnung sind entweder ein medizinischer Nutzen oder patientenrelevante Struktur- und Verfahrensverbesserungen in der Versorgung.
(2) Medical benefit within the meaning of this Ordinance is the patient-relevant effect, in particular with regard to the improvement of the state of health, the shortening of the duration of illness, the prolongation of survival or an improvement in quality of life.
(2) Der medizinische Nutzen im Sinne dieser Verordnung ist der patientenrelevante Effekt insbesondere hinsichtlich der Verbesserung des Gesundheitszustands, der Verkürzung der Krankheitsdauer, der Verlängerung des Überlebens oder einer Verbesserung der Lebensqualität.
