(1) The following shall be obliged to pay the fees: any person

3. who is liable by operation of law for another person's liability for fees.
3. der für die Gebührenschuld eines anderen kraft Gesetzes haftet.
(2) Several fee debtors shall be jointly and severally liable.
(2) Mehrere Gebührenschuldner haften als Gesamtschuldner.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) shall apply mutatis mutandis to expenses.
(3) Für Auslagen gelten Absatz 1 und 2 entsprechend.
