(1) The fee for processing a notification under section 139e subsection (6) sentence 1 item 1 of Book V of the Social Code (Fünftes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch) shall be not less than EUR 1,500 and not more than EUR 4,900.
(1) Die Gebühr für die Bearbeitung einer Anzeige nach § 139e Absatz 6 Satz 1 Nummer 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch beträgt mindestens 1 500 und höchstens 4 900 Euro.
(2) The fee for processing a notification under section 139e subsection (6) sentence 1 item 2 of Book V of the Social Code shall be not less than EUR 300 and not more than EUR 1,000.
(2) Die Gebühr für die Bearbeitung einer Anzeige nach § 139e Absatz 6 Satz 1 Nummer 2 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch beträgt mindestens 300 und höchstens 1 000 Euro.
(3) The fee for the deletion of a digital health application in accordance with section 139e subsection (6) sentences 6 and 9 of Book V of the Social Code shall be EUR 200.
(3) Die Gebühr für die Streichung einer digitalen Gesundheitsanwendung gemäß § 139e Absatz 6 Satz 6 und 9 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch beträgt 200 Euro.
