(1) The associations under section 134 subsection (3) sentence 1 of Book V of the Social Code (Fünftes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch) shall notify the office under section 38 of the nomination of the members of the arbitration board under section 134 subsection (3) sentences 2 to 4 of Book V of the Social Code.

(2) The members of the arbitration board shall be deemed nominated as soon as they have declared to the associations concerned under section 134 subsection (3) sentence 1 of Book V of the Social Code their willingness to take up office.

Sentence 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the nomination of the deputies.
