(1) The results of the outcome measurement accompanying use concerning the patient-reported health status during use and patient satisfaction with regard to the quality of the digital health application shall comprise the evaluation of the manufacturer's survey conducted by questioning the users of a digital health application.

(2) The data on the patient-reported health status during use of the digital health application shall be collected by means of a single survey of the user by the manufacturer.

(5) For reporting the results of the outcome measurement accompanying use concerning patient satisfaction with regard to the quality of the digital health application, the following shall be stated for each digital health application:

(7) By way of derogation from section 23a subsection (3) sentence 3, the results of the outcome measurement accompanying use concerning the patient-reported health status during use and patient satisfaction with regard to the quality of the digital health application shall be reported for the first time as at 15 April 2028.
