(1) If an agreement on remuneration amounts for digital health applications under section 134 subsection (1) of Book V of the Social Code (Fünftes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch) is not concluded, in whole or in part, the arbitration proceedings shall begin with the application filed with the arbitration board by one of the contracting parties concerned to bring about an agreement on the content of an agreement.
(1) Kommt ein Vertrag über Vergütungsbeträge für digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen nach § 134 Absatz 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch nicht oder teilweise nicht zustande, beginnt das Schiedsverfahren mit dem bei der Schiedsstelle von einer beteiligten Vertragspartei gestellten Antrag, eine Einigung über den Inhalt eines Vertrages herbeizuführen.
The application shall be addressed in writing or electronically to the chair of the arbitration board.

(2) If an agreement under section 134 subsection (1) that has been terminated has not been replaced by a new agreement, the arbitration proceedings shall begin on the day following the expiry of the notice period.
(2) Ist ein gekündigter Vertrag nach § 134 Absatz 1 nicht durch einen neuen Vertrag ersetzt worden, so beginnt das Schiedsverfahren mit dem auf den Ablauf der Kündigungsfrist folgenden Tag.
The contracting party which gave notice of termination shall notify the arbitration board in writing or electronically, setting out the facts.
Die Vertragspartei, die die Kündigung ausgesprochen hat, hat die Schiedsstelle schriftlich oder elektronisch unter Darstellung des Sachverhalts zu benachrichtigen.
(3) Subsection (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the stipulations of the framework agreement under section 134 subsections (4) to (7).

(4) The chair shall invite the other members of the arbitration board in writing or electronically with at least two weeks' notice.

The meeting documents which are the subject of the deliberations shall be enclosed with the invitation.
