1. the opinion of the competent ethics committee has been withdrawn or revoked,

2. the authorisation of a clinical investigation or a performance study has been withdrawn or revoked, or
2. die Genehmigung einer klinischen Prüfung oder einer Leistungsstudie zurückgenommen oder widerrufen wurde oder
3. the suspension of the clinical investigation or the performance study has been ordered or the immediate interruption of the clinical investigation or the performance study has been ordered.
3. das Ruhen der klinischen Prüfung oder der Leistungsstudie angeordnet wurde oder die sofortige Unterbrechung der klinischen Prüfung oder der Leistungsstudie angeordnet wurde.
