The competent higher federal authority shall take the measures necessary to implement decisions (Entscheidungen or Beschlüsse) of the European Community or the European Union under Article 127a of Directive 2001/83/EC.

Die zuständige Bundesoberbehörde trifft die zur Durchführung von Entscheidungen oder Beschlüssen der Europäischen Gemeinschaft oder der Europäischen Union nach Artikel 127a der Richtlinie 2001/83/EG erforderlichen Maßnahmen.
