Full inpatient and day-patient hospital services shall be remunerated by means of

Die voll- und teilstationären Krankenhausleistungen werden vergütet durch

1. a revenue budget under section 4 jointly agreed by the contracting parties under section 11(1),

1. ein von den Vertragsparteien nach § 11 Absatz 1 gemeinsam vereinbartes Erlösbudget nach § 4,

1a. a revenue volume for the care of children and adolescents under section 4a,

1a. ein Erlösvolumen für die Versorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen nach § 4a,

2. a revenue sum under section 6(3), jointly agreed by the contracting parties under section 11(1), for charges to be agreed individually for each hospital,

2. eine von den Vertragsparteien nach § 11 Absatz 1 gemeinsam vereinbarte Erlössumme nach § 6 Absatz 3 für krankenhausindividuell zu vereinbarende Entgelte,

3. charges under section 6(2) for new examination and treatment methods (NUB),

3. Entgelte nach § 6 Absatz 2 für neue Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsmethoden,

#

3a. a nursing budget under section 6a,

3a. ein Pflegebudget nach § 6a,

#

3b. a provision budget under section 6b from the year 2028,

3b. ein Vorhaltebudget nach § 6b ab dem Jahr 2028,

#

4. supplementary charges for the treatment of haemophiliacs,

4. Zusatzentgelte für die Behandlung von Blutern,

#

5. supplements and deductions under section 7(1) and

5. Zu- und Abschläge nach § 7 Absatz 1 und

#

6. a total volume under section 6c(1) sentence 1.

6. ein Gesamtvolumen nach § 6c Absatz 1 Satz 1.
