The tasks assigned by this Act to the state associations of health insurance funds shall be performed, for the substitute health insurance funds (Ersatzkassen), by the authorised representatives designated under section 212(5) of Book V of the Social Code, for the miners' health insurance (knappschaftliche Krankenversicherung) by Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See and for farmers' health insurance by the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture (Sozialversicherung für Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Gartenbau).
Die in diesem Gesetz den Landesverbänden der Krankenkassen zugewiesenen Aufgaben nehmen für die Ersatzkassen die nach § 212 Abs. 5 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch benannten Bevollmächtigten, für die knappschaftliche Krankenversicherung die Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See und für die Krankenversicherung der Landwirte die Sozialversicherung für Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Gartenbau wahr.
