If the contracting parties are unable to agree, in particular, on the amount of the revenue budget or of the nursing budget, on the amount of other charges or on the amount of the total volume and of the hospital-specific daily charges, and if the arbitration board under section 13 is to be called upon in respect of the matters on which no agreement could be reached, the contracting parties shall conclude an agreement to the extent that the amount is undisputed.
Können sich die Vertragsparteien insbesondere über die Höhe des Erlösbudgets, des Pflegebudgets, die Höhe sonstiger Entgelte oder über die Höhe des Gesamtvolumens und der krankenhausindividuellen Tagesentgelte nicht einigen und soll wegen der Gegenstände, über die keine Einigung erzielt werden konnte, die Schiedsstelle nach § 13 angerufen werden, schließen die Vertragsparteien eine Vereinbarung, soweit die Höhe unstrittig ist.
The charges based on this agreement shall be levied until the definitively applicable charges enter into force.
