(1) A broker of medicinal products may operate within the territory to which this Act applies only if it has its registered office within the territory to which this Act applies, in another Member State of the European Union or in another Contracting State to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
(1) Ein Arzneimittelvermittler darf im Geltungsbereich dieses Gesetzes nur tätig werden, wenn er seinen Sitz im Geltungsbereich dieses Gesetzes, in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union oder in einem anderen Vertragsstaat des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum hat.
(2) The broker of medicinal products may commence its activity only after notification to the competent authority in accordance with section 67(1) sentence 1 and registration by the authority in a public database under section 67a or in a database of another Member State of the European Union or of another Contracting State to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
(2) Der Arzneimittelvermittler darf seine Tätigkeit erst nach Anzeige gemäß § 67 Absatz 1 Satz 1 bei der zuständigen Behörde und Registrierung durch die Behörde in eine öffentliche Datenbank nach § 67a oder einer Datenbank eines anderen Mitgliedstaates der Europäischen Union oder eines anderen Vertragsstaates des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum aufnehmen.
In the notification, the broker of medicinal products shall state the nature of the activity, the name and the address.
In der Anzeige sind vom Arzneimittelvermittler die Art der Tätigkeit, der Name und die Adresse anzugeben.
The competent authority within the meaning of sentence 1 shall be the authority within whose area of competence the broker of medicinal products has its registered office.
Zuständige Behörde nach Satz 1 ist die Behörde, in deren Zuständigkeitsbereich der Arzneimittelvermittler seinen Sitz hat.
(3) If the broker of medicinal products does not fulfil the requirements laid down under this Act or under an ordinance issued on the basis of this Act, the competent authority may refuse registration in the database or delete it.
(3) Erfüllt der Arzneimittelvermittler nicht die nach diesem Gesetz oder die nach einer auf Grund dieses Gesetzes erlassenen Verordnung vorgegebenen Anforderungen, kann die zuständige Behörde die Registrierung in der Datenbank versagen oder löschen.
