(1) By way of derogation from section 48(1) sentence 1, the medicinal products referred to in section 48(1) sentence 1 may be dispensed without a medical or dental prescription by a pharmacist, on behalf of a community pharmacy on whose staff he or she works, to a consumer for continuity of supply on a one-off basis in the smallest pack size held in stock at the pharmacy, provided that
(1) Abweichend von § 48 Absatz 1 Satz 1 dürfen die in § 48 Absatz 1 Satz 1 genannten Arzneimittel ohne Vorliegen einer ärztlichen oder zahnärztlichen Verschreibung durch einen Apotheker für eine öffentliche Apotheke, zu deren Personal er gehört, zur Anschlussversorgung an einen Verbraucher einmalig in der kleinsten in der Apotheke vorrätigen Packungsgröße abgegeben werden, sofern
1. the medicinal product has already been prescribed to the consumer over a period of at least three quarters and the consumer provides evidence of this or the pharmacist otherwise has knowledge thereof, and
1. dem Verbraucher das Arzneimittel bereits über mindestens drei Quartale hinweg verschrieben wurde und er dies nachweist oder der Apotheker anderweitig Kenntnis davon hat und
2. the continuation of the use of the medicinal product does not permit any delay.
2. die Fortführung der Anwendung des Arzneimittels keinen Aufschub erlaubt.
Corresponding data stored in the electronic patient record shall in particular be deemed to constitute evidence that the medicinal product concerned has already been prescribed over a period of at least three quarters.
Als Nachweis, dass das betreffende Arzneimittel bereits über mindestens drei Quartale hinweg verschrieben wurde, gelten insbesondere entsprechende in der elektronischen Patientenakte gespeicherte Daten.
A further one-off dispensing of the same medicinal product may take place under sentence 1 whenever a further medical or dental prescription has been presented in the meantime.
Eine erneute einmalige Abgabe desselben Arzneimittels darf nach Satz 1 immer dann erfolgen, wenn zwischenzeitlich eine weitere ärztliche oder zahnärztliche Verschreibung vorgelegen hat.

2. medicinal products for oral use for women of childbearing potential containing the active substances acitretin, alitretinoin or isotretinoin,
2. oral anzuwendende Arzneimittel für Frauen im gebärfähigen Alter, die die Wirkstoffe Acitretin, Alitretinoin oder Isotretinoin enthalten,
3. medicinal products with a high potential for abuse and dependence, such as opioid-containing medicinal products, hypnotics, sedatives, stimulants or anxiolytics, and
3. Arzneimittel mit hohem Missbrauchs- und Abhängigkeitspotenzial, wie opioidhaltige Arzneimittel, Hypnotika, Sedativa, Stimulanzien oder Anxiolytika, und
4. medicinal products for which the summary of product characteristics within the meaning of section 11a(1) sentence 1 indicates that medical or dental diagnostics or a medical or dental examination is required before a further prescription or during therapy.
4. Arzneimittel, bei denen sich aus der Fachinformation im Sinne des § 11a Absatz 1 Satz 1 ergibt, dass vor einer weiteren Verschreibung oder während der Therapie eine ärztliche oder zahnärztliche Diagnostik oder eine ärztliche oder zahnärztliche Untersuchung erforderlich ist.
