Where another Member State of the European Union takes measures against an economic operator under Article 95(4) of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 or Article 90(4) of Regulation (EU) 2017/746, the competent higher federal authority shall communicate to the European Commission and the other Member States all information required under Article 95(6), first subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 or Article 90(6), first subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) 2017/746.
