(1) Any person subject to supervision under section 64(1) shall be obliged to tolerate the measures under sections 64 and 65 and to assist the persons engaged in supervision in the performance of their tasks, in particular, on request, to indicate the premises and means of transport to them, to open premises, containers and receptacles, to provide information and to enable samples to be taken.
(1) Wer der Überwachung nach § 64 Abs. 1 unterliegt, ist verpflichtet, die Maßnahmen nach den §§ 64 und 65 zu dulden und die in der Überwachung tätigen Personen bei der Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben zu unterstützen, insbesondere ihnen auf Verlangen die Räume und Beförderungsmittel zu bezeichnen, Räume, Behälter und Behältnisse zu öffnen, Auskünfte zu erteilen und die Entnahme der Proben zu ermöglichen.
The same obligation shall apply to the qualified person under section 14, the responsible person under section 20c, the graduated plan officer (Stufenplanbeauftragter), the information officer, the responsible person under section 52a and their deputies, and to the principal investigator and the investigator, including with regard to requests from the competent higher federal authority.

(2) The obligation to tolerate and cooperate under subsection (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis to measures taken by the higher federal authorities under section 25 subsection (5) sentence 4 or subsection (8) sentences 2 and 3, or under section 62 subsection (6).
(2) Die Duldungs- und Mitwirkungspflicht nach Absatz 1 findet entsprechende Anwendung auf Maßnahmen der Bundesoberbehörden nach § 25 Absatz 5 Satz 4 oder Absatz 8 Satz 2 und 3 oder nach § 62 Absatz 6.
