(1) It shall be prohibited to advertise other medicinal products or other agents in the package leaflet of a medicinal product.

(1) Unzulässig ist es, in der Packungsbeilage eines Arzneimittels für andere Arzneimittel oder andere Mittel zu werben.

(2) It shall also be prohibited to advertise, outside healthcare professionals (Fachkreise), the fact that a medicinal product may be prescribed within the framework of outpatient care provided by contracted physicians.

(2) Unzulässig ist es auch, außerhalb der Fachkreise für die im Rahmen der vertragsärztlichen Versorgung bestehende Verordnungsfähigkeit eines Arzneimittels zu werben.
