Healthcare professionals (Fachkreise) within the meaning of this Act are members of the healing professions or of the healing trades, institutions serving human or animal health, or other persons, insofar as they lawfully trade in medicinal products, medical devices, procedures, treatments, articles or other agents or use them in the exercise of their profession.
Fachkreise im Sinne dieses Gesetzes sind Angehörige der Heilberufe oder des Heilgewerbes, Einrichtungen, die der Gesundheit von Mensch oder Tier dienen, oder sonstige Personen, soweit sie mit Arzneimitteln, Medizinprodukten, Verfahren, Behandlungen, Gegenständen oder anderen Mitteln erlaubterweise Handel treiben oder sie in Ausübung ihres Berufes anwenden.
