(1) Prescription-only medicinal products may be advertised only to physicians, dentists, veterinarians, pharmacists and persons lawfully trading in these medicinal products.

(2) Medicinal products which contain psychotropic active substances with a risk of dependence and which are intended to eliminate insomnia or mental disorders in humans or to influence mood shall not be advertised outside healthcare professionals (Fachkreise).
