(1) The Federal Ministry of Finance and the customs offices designated by it shall participate in the supervision of the bringing of medicinal products and active substances into the territory to which this Act applies and of their export.

3. in the cases referred to in item 2, order that the consignments of the kind referred to in sentence 1 be presented to an authority competent for the supervision of medicinal products at the expense and risk of the person entitled to dispose of them.
