(1) Statutory ordinances or general administrative regulations under this Act may also be issued for the purpose of approximating the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States of the European Union, insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of regulations, directives, decisions or resolutions of the European Community or the European Union which concern the subject areas of this Act.
