(1) Where the pharmaceutical sales representative (Pharmaberater) provides members of the healthcare professions with professional information on individual medicinal products, he or she shall present the summary of product characteristics under section 11a.
(1) Der Pharmaberater hat, soweit er Angehörige der Heilberufe über einzelne Arzneimittel fachlich informiert, die Fachinformation nach § 11a vorzulegen.
He or she shall record in writing or electronically any reports from members of the healthcare professions on adverse reactions and contraindications or other risks associated with medicinal products and communicate them in writing or electronically to the principal.
Er hat Mitteilungen von Angehörigen der Heilberufe über Nebenwirkungen und Gegenanzeigen oder sonstige Risiken bei Arzneimitteln schriftlich oder elektronisch aufzuzeichnen und dem Auftraggeber schriftlich oder elektronisch mitzuteilen.
(2) Where the pharmaceutical sales representative is commissioned by the pharmaceutical company to supply samples of finished medicinal products to the persons entitled under section 47(3), he or she shall keep records of the recipients of samples and of the type, quantity and date of supply of samples and shall present them to the competent authority on request.
(2) Soweit der Pharmaberater vom pharmazeutischen Unternehmer beauftragt wird, Muster von Fertigarzneimitteln an die nach § 47 Abs. 3 berechtigten Personen abzugeben, hat er über die Empfänger von Mustern sowie über Art, Umfang und Zeitpunkt der Abgabe von Mustern Nachweise zu führen und auf Verlangen der zuständigen Behörde vorzulegen.
