The statutory ordinances issued on the basis of section 57a or under section 57b and the directly applicable legal acts of the European Community, the European Union or the European Atomic Energy Community within the scope of this Part shall be implemented by the Länder on behalf of the Federation, unless direct federal administration is provided for.
